The Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the vital link supporting the CEO and other Management Team members. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including project management, administration, commercial tasks, communication, and hospitality. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of creative endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic calendar, coordinate appointments, and handle correspondence
- Arrange and coordinate complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Prepare and facilitate both in-house and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution
- Take effective notes during meetings and follow up on assigned action items
- Handle non-disclosure agreements, invoices, receipts, and general administration
- Cater to hospitality arrangements for in-house or external client meetings
- Respond to ad hoc requests, showcasing flexibility and adaptability
- Occasional travel within Europe and internationally, with availability outside office hours
- Academic background with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the nautical sector/yacht industry
- Proactive, accurate, and highly professional with a keen sense of integrity
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
- Mastery of MS Office suite; Adobe skills are a plus
- Valid EU/NL work permit is required
