Due to continued growth, a leading UK marina and waterfront property operator is seeking two RICS-qualified Estate Surveyors to join its established and expanding Estate Team. These roles are based at the organisation’s Head Office on the South Coast, with regular travel across a high-quality coastal portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to work client-side within a large, diverse and well-invested property estate, covering commercial and residential assets across 22 marina locations spanning the Solent, Hamble, Sussex, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with internal stakeholders, external advisers and on-site teams, responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the letting, renewal and negotiation of commercial and residential property agreements
• Liaising with tenants, managing agents, solicitors and professional advisers
• Service charge administration
• Working closely with maintenance and operational teams to ensure assets are well maintained and lettable
• Identifying potential voids and coordinating refurbishment planning
• Supporting the Estate Team in delivering income and performance targets
• Managing estate records and property management systems
• Preparing reports covering rents, arrears and estate management matters
• Assisting with property budgets, monitoring expenditure and income
• Supporting property disposals and managing appointed agents where required

Candidates will have a solid background in estate management, property management or surveying, with strong knowledge of property lettings, relevant legislation and property administration. They will be highly organised, capable of managing competing priorities, and confident in dealing with tenants, professional consultants and internal stakeholders.

These roles require a proactive mindset and the ability to balance commercial priorities with a long-term, asset-focused approach.
