Sales and Operations Assistant - Sydney

We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Customer Operations assistant to join a team of passionate employees to be based in their new all purpose showroom.

Based in the brand-new showroom in Sydney, Australia – you will be working closely with their customers to ensure a high level of customer service at all time. As a client facing role you will need to be confident in speaking with a variety of people as well as company employees to solve problems and answer any questions regarding products.

Responsibilities 
- Assisting and advising customers on best product fit for purpose. 
- Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized.  
- Answering customer questions over the phone or emails. 
- Administration assistance and troubleshooting. 
- Office management including supplies and maintenance. 
- Update and maintain company databases including mailing lists, contact lists and client information. 
- Assist with event planning and implementation as and when required. 
- Provide Administrative support across the Business as required. 
 
Requirement 
- Need to have experience and understanding of sailing and water sports.   
- Strong communication and relationship management skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners. 
- Exceptional planning, organising and analytical skills. 
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. 
- Ability to cope well under pressure and be flexible and adaptable to manage competing priorities.
