COO Luxury Maritime Brand
A leading luxury brand operating within the maritime sector seek an experienced CEO with a background in leading international brands.
Operating across Europe, Asia and the Americas, the brand is considered one of the top in their field, offering the utmost in service to their UHNW customer base.
Working with the board and partners, this role will be heavily strategical and partially responsible for carving the future of the organisation in a number of key growth areas. Involving extensive liaison with various departments and in-country management, duties for this challenging but equally rewarding role will include:
- Analysis of the current business and a thorough review of process and policy to identify clear improvement
- Implementation of new ways of operating across the business
- Budget setting by department and country
- KPI development
- Report writing and presentation to partners
- Empowerment of colleagues and direct reports
- Implementation of a strong HR set-up across the business
The ideal individual with a be a passionate leader who has a minimum of 5 years experienced leading an organisation with international outposts. MBA qualified, you will be a confident individual who can analyse a business from the top down, leading your team and inspiring confidence in the customer base. Calm under pressure, you will see clear ways in which to improve business process and to drive the team to exceed expectations.

The role itself can be located either in the UK or mainland Europe and will involve travel across the various international business units on a regular basis.
