We are currently partnering with a prestigious yacht builder to support their long-term hiring plans in the Poole areas for Carpenters where you will have your work admired across the world as you build some of the world's finest motor yachts.
Salary equivalent of up to £30k for 40 hours per week, up to £35k doing an hour a day overtime!
Performance bonuses on offer of £80 per month.
Plenty of overtime available.
Further pay increase due mid 2022!
Prior marine experience is not essential, transferable skills are welcomed!
This role may be best suited to Carpenters from either the construction, shop fitting, kitchen fitting, timber, furniture, coach or boat building/marine industry.
Example Responsibilities Include:
As a Carpenter, you will work across the various boatlines of our extensive product range, completing work packages throughout 

• Bedrooms/Cabins

• Kitchens/Galleys

• Bathrooms/Heads

• Stairs and doors

• Upholstered items (ceiling and wall panels)

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have the ability to read and understand scaled drawings (1:10s)

• Have a coachable and positive attitude, with a desire to pursue perfection
