YACHT CHARTER BASE MANAGER- VACANCY FILLED

JOB LOCATION Turkey JOB TITLE Yacht Charter Base Manager JOB DESCRIPTION Top Yacht manages a varied fleet of 25-30 privately owned bareboat sailing yachts of 30-50ft, and we have a reputation for high quality yachts and a flexible personal service to clients. Your job is to ensure high standards in maintenance and preparation of yachts for charterers and owners, and you will manage a small team of local and expat staff to achieve this. The post is based in Gocek, with regular travel to Keci Buku. You must be an adaptable, mature individual with experience of the yacht charter industry and practical engineering skills. A Driving Licence, computer skills, client relations experience and physical fitness are also essential. The job is available immediately to allow handover with the current manager, and the initial contract is until December 2008, renewable thereafter subject to performance. SALARY Starting salary is £1100 per month, with no deductions for tax or NI, reflecting the low cost of living in Turkey.
