UK RECREATIONAL MARINE SALES EXECUTIVE - VACANCY FILLED

JOB LOCATION Midlands / South East / East Coast JOB TITLE Marlow Ropes, arguably the worlds most recognised rope brand, has been a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of specialist ropes for the marine, industrial and defence markets since 1957. Marlow led the global revolution in rope design for the marine industry and our name remains synonymous with innovation, technical excellence and quality. Still based on our site in Hailsham, East Sussex where rope has been manufactured for over 200 years, we are moving into a new era in our history with new products, new factory and new technology. We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic sales professional to our Recreational Marine Sales Team to help drive our business forward. Reporting to the UK Recreational Marine Sales Manager, you will be responsible for helping to further develop our UK recreational marine market on the East Coast and Midlands. You will be a self starter able to help develop and implement a strategy for consolidation and growth in the UK market on the back of further brand development. Industry experience is desirable and the successful candidate will probably have a good knowledge and enthusiasm for sailing. With a proven sales track record, you will be able to negotiate and build relationships at all levels within the industry including chandlers, riggers and OEM’s.
