Staff Direct Terms

1. Marine Resources Recruitment Ltd can not guarantee the quality, quantity or relevance of applications that clients will receive from a Staff Direct advert.
2. The Staff Direct service is purely a job advertising tool and Marine Resources has no involvement with the searching, selecting and placing of Candiates with clients who chose the Staff Direct service.
3. Staff Direct credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. All job applications are sent directly to the client and Marine Resources at no point views the applications or CV’s before they are sent to the client.
5. Marine Resources takes no responsibility for the out come of any application, interview or placement.

Payment for referring a new client to Marine Resources

For payment to be made:

1. The new client must have either placed a Staff Direct advert or a job has been offered to and accepted by one of our candidates through our Search and Place service, within 6 months of the introduction.
2. Marine Resources must not currently be working with the referred client in a recruitment or advertising capacity, or have previously contacted the referred client within the last 12 months
3. Marine Resources must have received payment from the referred client before payment is made to the referrer.
4. The referrer must not be responsible for any recruitment decisions for the new client.

Payment terms:

4. We will pay the referrer within 30 days of receiving payment from the new client providing correct payment details are given by the referrer.
5. Marine Resources will pay £50 to any referral that meets the above requirements

Payment for referring a candidate to Marine Resources

1. The new candidate must have successfully accepted a job offer from one of our clients through our Search and Place service within 6 months of the introduction.
2. Marine Resources must not currently be working with the referred candidate in a recruitment capacity, or have previously contacted the referred candidate within the last 12 months
3. Marine Resources must have received payment from the client before payment is made to the referrer.

Payment terms:

4. We will pay the referrer within 30 days of receiving payment from the client providing correct payment details are given by the referrer.
5. Marine Resources will pay £50 to any referral that meets the above requirements
