JOB DESCRIPTION

Manager for Retail Shop and Boat/Dive Shows Skills Required
* Experience in Similiar industry
* Experience in Business Development /Growth / Sales
* Great Sales ability.
* Great Communicator / excellent customer facing skills
* Computer Litercay/ Microsoft office/Excel & Word/Access/ Retail Till system
* Team player, cheerful, enthusiatic with sense of humour
* Clean Driving Licence essential - non-smoker preferred
* Work with and Manage small team 6 persons to large team 20 persons at shows.
* Job involves managing stock within shop and for shows
* Selling within shop and by Mail order
* Dealing with all Front of House inquiries for business
* Filling Air/Nitrox cylinders for diving.
* Person needs to be ultra organised and tidy.
* Artistic side to advise on shop displays.
* Willingness to Learn and deal with change
* Responsible for the security of the premises
