**THIS POSITION HAS NOW BEEN FILLED** JOB LOCATION Egypt JOB TITLE Project Managers JOB REF MR-MAN-86399 JOB DESCRIPTION An exciting project is currently underway in Egypt constructing internationally recognised luxury motor yachts - approximately 40 mtr. We are looking for candidates with relevant background of custom yacht manufacturing The companies’ vision is to design and build a profitable brand of production luxury motor yachts that combine luxury with affordability at a price and quality currently not available in today’s market. Reporting directly to the owner, as Project Manager / Head of Production, this is an unusual and extremely challenging opportunity. As a key member of the executive team you will take overall ownership and control of the production for the current yacht to completion with the option after one year to lead the future production line and ultimately contribute to its and the company’s commercial success. This is a very hands-on role where you will be responsible for all aspects of production especially at the implementation level. This position would ideally suite a self starter who is a passionate team player with strong leadership and organisational skills that is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work at the implementation level.As an effective communicator you will be a stable, mature yet enthusiastic person with an eye for low level detail and able to think out of the box to solve design, technical and cultural challenges.
