The market leading recruiter will be servicing roles in both the Production and Design departments, as well as working to ensure access to the best professionals to fill their senior level vacancies, as and when they arise.
Through attending a number of key meetings as well as a comprehensive factory tour, Marine Resources have been provided with a huge insight into the company, its people, the culture and its goals.
Following a strong 2015, Sunseeker International have identified a need for expansion at Production Floor level, across a range of disciplines to include Laminating, Finishing, Engineering, Electrical, Carpentry and further roles within their expansive Shipyards in Poole and Weymouth. They now have a requirement of in excess of 200 new skilled individuals being needed in the early part of 2016, and Marine Resources intend to be instrumental in working with Sunseeker to ensure this target is met.
Marine Resources’ dedicated Boatbuilding Specialist Recruiter, Ed Ewer, has worked extensively to build an excellent relationship with the brand, developing a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of the business, and working hard to find an ongoing selection of candidates to undergo the Sunseeker skilled trade test.
