JOB DESCRIPTION

We require a Managing Director for our busy and vibrant marina. We are the gateway to Cowes as well as being a main yachting centre for the Solent, hosting many prestigious events. 

The position requires experience in running both a marina and boatyard along with an active Event Centre. A hands on approach is needed for the day to day running of the business along with responsibility for the accounts and marketing.

SALARY
