Marine Resources are the leading international leisure industry recruitment consultancy. Following an exceptional year within our boatbuilding team that has seen us gain a number of large key international clients, we are looking to take on a Recruitment Resourcer.
The role of Resourcer is a hugely important part of our boatbuilding team, as this individual will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying a high volume of skilled individuals to be reviewed by our clients. With a requirement across this area of the industry that exceeds 500 individual openings at any one time, it is clear this is a huge market that requires a further superstar to join our team and help continue to drive us forward.
Working under the Senior Consultant of the boatbuilding team, you’ll be eager to find, call and qualify candidates for the boatbuilding sector, submitting CVs to the Account Manager for forwarding on a daily basis. A can-do attitude is essential, with an ability to think outside of the box as to new ways in which you can extend your reach and bring in new candidates in a marketplace that is hugely competitive. You’ll not only be great on the phone, you’ll ensure your presence online and at industry events generates you further coverage in your market and makes you indispensable to our client base.
As a person you could come from any walk of life. A recent graduate, an experienced salesperson or even someone coming from a totally different career path. What you will need to possess however, is an infectious character and ability to work relentlessly to exceed agreed targets, always seeking more, always being competitive
Joining the team at Marine Resources HQ on the banks of the River Hamble, you’ll be working with a group of marine experts who share the common goal of working hard, but at the same time having fun. Assigned your own workstation and laptop within our freshly refurbished offices, you’ll be given the training and support of some of the best in the business from day one. Based on our Industry leading commission structure, you should expect to earn £25-30,000 if you hit target.
