Service Manager – Thailand


Experienced Service Manager required by luxury marine brand

A Leading retailer of both new and used luxury yachts is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to join one of their major Asian outlets. 

With continued growth in what many see as the most active market in luxury yachting, this brand retails a range of brands, with yachts from 30-150ft. Agents for a number of new brands, plus brokers for a large second-hand listings selection, the company supports its customers with an intricate international aftersales deparment. 

Reporting to a central Service Director, each Manager is responsible for the PDI, Warranty and service upkeep of its customers, offering a strong backup service to minimise customer inconvenience and downtime. 

As Service Manager, you'll be running your own central base, with in-house and travelling maintenance teams. Ideally trained through a production boatbuilder, you'll have gained your experience on the shop floor, growing through the ranks to a management position. You'll be used to running a business P&L, liasing with third party suppliers and dealing directly with customers. 

As a person, you'll be outgoing, technically knowledgable and hands-on. You'll lead from the front, delegating where possible/neccessary. 

This is a great chance to join one of the strongest brands currently on the international luxury sales market. You'll likely be required to relocate, with the brand assisting where they can in your move. The position offers great onwards growth potential too, making this a key career move.
