Are you a proactive, organized individual with a passion for supporting top-tier executives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our clients  team and provide essential support to our General Manager their vibrant offices in Antibes.

About the Role: As the Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include administrative support, project management, and operational assistance to optimize efficiency and streamline communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Manage heavy email traffic and respond to inquiries on behalf of the General Manager
  • Prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate the General Manager's agenda and calendar effectively
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain records accurately
  • Assist in organizing business trips, meetings, and events
  • Conduct research and assist in special projects as required
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Occasionally travel to other offices or industry events as needed
Experience & Skills:
  • Proficient in English and French, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a small/high-growth business environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
