JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We require a highly motivated & dynamic sales professional to drive and support our Partner distribution network in Europe, Middle East and Africa. As well as managing and developing business through our Independent channels, you will be expected to identify and assist with winning new business opportunities within these territories, particularly from boat  builders and dealers. You should expect considerable travel and be prepared to react at short notice, sometimes at weekends.

Who we're looking for

The successful candidate will be self motivated and focused on results. We would expect you to have a technical understanding of our products, to be able to command a high level of respect when working alongside a very experienced distribution network. You will also need to convince us that you have the sales experience, motivation and enthusiasm to develop this business in line with Navico's growth plans. You will be expected to learn the Navico product offering inside out and be able to clearly demonstrate why our exciting new products are market leaders.

SALARY 

£32,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
