JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the world’s leading boat manufacturers producing both Sailboats and motorboats.

ENGINEERING / DESIGN MANAGER

Managing the in house engineering team, with the input of world recognised Naval Architects and Designers.

Our client needs enthusiasm and a practical approach to design work.

Ideally candidates will have formal mechanical or marine engineering training, 2D & 3D CAD experience and ten or more years of relevant experience in a Management position.

Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement. 

Detailed knowledge of smallcraft systems, engineering installations and personal offshore sailing experience will all be beneficial, as will a good standard in spoken German.
