JOB DESCRIPTION

 

X-Yachts’ design team is looking for a Graduate in yacht production/design or a person with similar education for a job in the UK branch.  The position available will involve general design, drafting and weight control but specialize in yacht systems and machinery.  

Our expectations
•    Experience with marine systems and machinery.
•    Education in yacht production/design.  YPS, YPD or similar.
•    Some Design office experience is preferable.
•    Must be AutoCAD proficient.
•    Experience with modelling in 3D CAD systems (We use Unigraphics NX).  
•    Attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
•    Knowledge of yachts/power craft.
•    Occasional travel to our Danish site may be required.
