JOB TITLE Project/Service Manager JOB REF MR-MAN-BB-EDT-90584 JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is one of the leading companies within the UAE that provides a full range of marine services including re-fit, repair and service to all sizes and types of yachts including Superyachts and Megayachts, they also hold a number large commercial contracts within a variety of sectors including military and defence, offshore and fishing. Due to expansion they now have a need for experienced managers to join them to be based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with experience of Yacht refit and repair who can manage large teams of people skilled in a number of areas including, Engineers and Mechanics, Boat builders, Joiners, Sprayers plus many more. Expertise in all these areas is not essential but a general overall knowledge of where these people fit into servicing and repairing of a yacht is important. Training will be given but our client requires candidates to be proactive, knowledgeable, computer literate, excellent people managers and to be able to be based permanently in the UAE. The role reports to the contract managers and is mainly office based. The role is roughly split 50% of the time seeing to administration duties and the other 50% of the time managing people. This is a fantastic and diverse opportunity for a successful manger to be based in a very exciting part of the world within an extremely wealthy and busy marine company. SALARY £30,000-£33,000 (tax free).
