Our client is a Volvo Penta specialist providing engine servicing, maintenance and repair services for motor cruisers and yachts.
Due to continued expansion and development they require an experienced marine engineer, ideally with Volvo Penta Training; to join their established team of quality engineers.

Based on an attractive part of the South East coast this is a great opportunity to be joining a thriving business.

It is expected you would be drawing experience from the following areas:

Relevant experience:

• Outdrive and shaft driven engines including IPS drive

• Servicing of engines and outdrives plus diagnostics

• Diagnostic analysis including EDC and EVC

Other beneficial experience:

• General all round knowledge of onboard systems i.e.:

• Air conditioning / heating, generator faults and servicing

• Battery chargers and systems

• Steering and gear box systems

• Navigation equipment

SALARY

£25,000 to £30,000 pa
