We have a fantastic opportunity in Office Support/Business Development within our rapidly expanding team here at Marine Resources. You would be joining at an exciting period of development as the company has recently moved into larger offices and has ambitious plans for new areas of growth.

This is an extremely varied role with some of the responsibilities including:

• Managing and developing the ‘Staff Direct’ service
• Supporting the recruitment consultants
• Managing the website
• Marketing
• Liaising with clients
• Database Management
• Office Administration
• Book Keeping
• Special Projects

Candidates must be able to show that they are fast learners and very adaptable. Ideally you will have experience, or at least an interest in website management, business development, marketing and office administration but different backgrounds will be considered.

This position will suit someone with an ambition to join a small but rapidly growing unique marine company which is at a very exciting time. Maybe a recent graduate or someone with a year or two experience working in an office environment, and who has experience of using the basic windows packages as well as experience of using databases. Candidates will ideally have worked within the marine industry in the past or have a good understanding of boating or other marine activities.

SALARY

Dependant on experience plus some bonus incentives will also be offered.
