Due to the ongoing success of Marine Resources we are now recruiting for a self motivated and ambitious person to join us as a Recruitment Consultant working within our permanent recruitment team.

Our permenent recruitment service ‘Search and Place’ is our leading and most important service. It deals with vacancies from boat builders to yacht brokers. Our clients range from small locally based business to large international companies. Due to the diversity of this service we now require someone who can work at an equally diverse level. This role is fast paced and excellent time management is a must. A background in sales and/or recruitment is preferred as well as some experience of the marine industry.

The role includes building client and candidate relationships, managing the recruitment process on behalf of our clients from introduction of candidate, through to successful placement. Sourcing new clients, candidates and new business is a big part of this role as is assisting the current team to grow and develop the business in new and exciting areas. With all this the job gives great variety on a day to day level and will give you the opportunity to meet new people and learn new skills. We also offer ongoing training to all employees.
This role is an exciting opportunity to become involved with a rapidly growing and fun company still at an early stage of its life, but one which looks to build around its employees and offers long term future career development within it.

SALARY

A basic salary will be offered based on experience plus an attractive commission/bonus structure.
