JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is a global power leader corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems.

A new role has been developed to over see and effectively manage the development of their Southampton based service centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the branch Business Development Managers in preparing the business plan & forecast for Branch.
Actively promote and ensure targets are met, including participation in regular meetings.
Ensure that Technician Efficiency and Utilisation is in line with targets.
Ensure that warranty claims are closed accurately and on time and any exposures are reported promptly.
Lead the implementation of the Distributor Excellence Programme at the branch

SALARY

£30,000 - 35,000 pa
