JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is a global power leader corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems.

You will be joining their team of service technicians working around Southampton and the South coast.

Working under minimal supervision you will be involved with Installation, repair and maintenance of marine engines and other distributed products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Completes repairs within target times and without rework following all published procedures and policies

Ability to accurately carry out fault diagnostics based on the Customer description of the problem.
Accurate and timely completion of Service Documentation, meeting Minimum Claims Documentation Requirements

Highlight ‘up sell’ opportunities to the Customer and ensure that any ‘rejected’ opportunities are evident on the Service Worksheet before Customer signature

Correct, timely and accurate submission of Timesheets/Service Worksheets

SALARY

£22-25K plus overtime (not guaranteed)
