JOB DESCRIPTION

Following continued expansion our client are now looking for people experienced in GRP reparation.
You will be working for a recognised manufacture of custom made luxury motor yachts, now in their 10th successful year

At this exciting stage of growth with new orders of 60ft and 70ft yachts you will be joining a close-nit team; primarily involved in the fitting of the customs orders of the varying motor yachts. Rather than working with standard production line yachts this will be a varied and challenging role.


Ideally you will have at least two years experience of working with motor yachts at the production line stage, and a proven apprenticeship

Mainly you will be involved in gel coat repairs and ensuring the hull is prepared and faired to a high quiality finish.

Quality and enthusiasm to follow the job through to a high degree of finesse are primary qualities required to fit into the team and evolve with the company.

Working Week: 7.30am to 6pm;  Monday to Thursday
SALARY

An excellent package is on offer including:

5 week holidays
Regular Overtime at time and a half

The starting hourly rate is between £8.00 and £9.00 p/h; this is then reviewed depending on the skills and experience of the individual
