JOB DESCRIPTION

This a great and exciting opportunity to work with a company that is expanding their Prototype development teams producing pre-production models for some of the worlds leading production yachts

Ideally you will have small craft production management experience or management training with boat building experience.

The ability to manage and coordinate different teams and trades is essential.
A practical approach to finding and developing solutions will be required as will excellent communication skills

Design and development information is primarily in written and spoken English.
Fluency in English is a requirement

A good working knowledge of German will be beneficial.
Basic spoken German will be needed in day to day life at the very least.

SALARY
£30,000 to £35,000 is the outlined salary and package; however this is very much dependant on the skills and experienced offered by the individual.
