JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client are importers and distributors of a range of leading brand 4-stroke outboards as well as other marine products. They require a Product Co-ordinator to join the team in Milton Keynes. This role will require strong administrative skills and offers opportunity to work within Sales, Marketing and events as well as offering excellent career opportunities.
Main Purpose of the Product Co-ordinator Job is to support the Sales and Marketing Manager in all sales and marketing activities:
Specific Responsibilities within the role include:
• To maintain, analyse and publish marketing, sales statistics, product, price and terms comparisons.
• To undertake regular field visits as directed.
• To co-ordinate the requirements of Dealers, Boat Builders and Field Sales Staff by liaising with other departments to ensure deadlines are met.
• To provide regular reports on achieved wholesales against company and dealer targets.
• To gather market and dealer information, attend regular sales meetings and contribute to management reports as required.
• To administer the appointment or termination of Dealers.
• To administer dealer development and signage programmes.
• To administer and analyse sales campaigns and make adjustments as directed.
• To co-ordinate exhibitions and dealer events where necessary.
• To administer and monitor Loan & Demonstration fleets and dispose of machines as directed.
• To attend events, shows and exhibitions.
• To carry out any ad hoc duties and report as required.
Our client operates in a dynamic and changing environment where there is a need for flexibility.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates must also have a genuine interest and understanding of boats and the UK’s marine industry and may have previously worked within it.
SALARY
£23,000pa
