JOB DESCRIPTION

 We are the leading UK manufacturer for braided ropes and cords and one of the most recognised names in the UK leisure marine industry. Supplying a full range of UK manufactured products we are looking to maintain the existing customer base while developing new markets outside the traditional leisure marine focus.

The Position:

* To maintain regular contact with a database of existing customers.
* To retain these customers, increase sales volume and maximise cross selling opportunities.
* To build a rapport and provide a first class customer experience.
* To increase customer size and turnover through quoting and closing deals for new customers.

The person:

* Previous business to business sales experience,
* You will be self motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* You should have a positive outlook and be able to deal with a large range of people and situations.
* You should be capable of overcoming objections and closing sales.
* Previous experience of the marine industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
* Proven experience of achieving sales targets
* Flexibility to stay away on business where required

SALARY

Market rate depending on experience. Salary will be made up from a basic and OTE. Company car, Laptop, Phone included as part of package.
