JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently expanding our Defence Division, and are searching for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team. We need skilled people who enjoy a challenging environment, and who are adaptable enough to work on both retail leisure and defence projects. You must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

.    Experience of mechanical and/or composite components design
.    Experience of electrical and/or hydraulics systems design
.    Boat design and practical boat building experience
.    3D CAD design, working with complex assemblies and producing  technical drawings
.    Ability to perform calculations and produce technical documentation
.    High degree of self motivation and determination to succeed in a challenging environment
.    Ability to work as part of a team plus good communication skills with the other XSMG departments and external suppliers
.    Flexibility, punctuality and ability to act on instructions
.    Personal organisation and a sense of humour
.    Commercial awareness
.    Eligibility to work in the UK

SALARY

Negotiable dependent upon role and experience
