JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently expanding our Defence Division, and are searching for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team. We someone who enjoy a challenging environment, and who is adaptable enough to work on both retail leisure and defence projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that production processes are efficient and continually improved, and that manufacturing processes meet DNV HSLC standards. The role requires experience and a track record in estimating build and material costs from individual components to full configurations.

You must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

.    Project planning & control experience
.    Process planning and procurement experience
.    Composite & boat building experience
.    Quality Assurance experience
.    Marine industry experience
.    Good financial process awareness & appreciation
.    Computer literacy with familiarity of Microsoft office products
.    'A level' education
.    Eligibility to work in the UK


SALARY

£35,000 - £40,000 dependent upon experience
