JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a renowned  retailer of trailers and towing solutions, with a number of branches nationwide.

 They are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager at one of their busy stores in the Midlands.

Candidates should have a strong sales background and key experience in the retail sector, along with a sound knowledge of the Marine industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To have overall responsibility for the daily operation of the Branch, ensuring an excellent level of customer service is achieved by all members of staff at all times.
• To be responsible for maximising branch sales and margin ensuring targets are achieved
• To become familiar with all the products supplied and to gain area penetration of these products by personal contact, telephone calls, and promotions.
  

Successful candidates will:

• Have a sound Marine background / knowledge (professional or recreational)
• Have a strong retail and sales background, ideally in a management role.
• Be capable of managing a team of approximately 5 people
  

SALARY

 £25,000 - £27,000 pa
