JOB DESCRIPTION

Top Yacht operates a high quality charter fleet of privately owned 30-50ft sailing yachts in Turkey. Manager works with small team to ensure high standards in maintenance and preparation of yachts, efficient administration and accurate accounts, and liaison with local authorities, businesses and agents. Must have engineering qualifications, extensive practical knowledge of yachts and sailing, and work experience in yacht charter industry, preferably overseas. Post also requires good computer and general office skills, full Driving Licence, and physical fitness. Knowledge of Turkey and Turkish language an advantage.

SALARY

Salary competitive for industry, negotiable depending on skills and experience. Flights and uniform provided.
