With nearly two years of dedicated service at Marine Resources, Oliver has not only showcased exceptional results but also brings nearly two decades of senior recruitment expertise to his new leadership position.

Oliver's impressive background includes collaborations with premier recruitment firms spanning diverse sectors, from Investment Banking to Central Government. His distinguished track record in recruiting senior talent has played a pivotal role in driving impactful organisational change, both within the UK and on the global stage.

Throughout his tenure at Marine Resources, Oliver has been a driving force, leading the Sales, Marketing, and Operations team and spearheading the Executive Search service offering. His exceptional contributions and achievements have rightfully positioned him as the ideal candidate for the role of Recruitment Director. In this capacity, Oliver will oversee all three vital divisions of our business: Design, Engineering, and Technical; Sales, Marketing, and Operations; as well as Skilled Trades.
