An exciting opportunity currently exists to join one of the leading Marine and Environmental companies in the UK.
As Assistant Manager Marine and Shift Operations, your key responsibilities will be to undertake all marine related tasks on an innovative Refinery based Jetty Operations project at a major oil terminal in Essex.
Using your marine expertise your responsibilities will include ensuring all equipment, line and safety boats are operated in accordance with legislative requirements (Company and Client); inspections and surveys; providing marine advice and expertise to the client and to external bodies; ensuring operational and maintenance budgets are adhered to for marine assets; training and development of staff and all site specific health and safety issues.
Ideally you should have Class 2 (Deck or Engine) and experience of people management. Most importantly, you are someone who is self-motivated, dynamic and hardworking.
