JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a well established busy dinghy specialist based in the west of England are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic dinghy sailor with a proven track record in retail to manage the day to day dealings of the business.

This includes:

• Managing the shop
• Dealing with customers
• Stock control
• Accounts
• Managing staff
• PR/Marketing for the business
• Keeping website up to date
• Plus all other aspects of the day to day running of the business

Candidates must have:

• Extensive and experience of dinghy sailing
• A proven track record of retail sales ideally from within the marine industry  
• Willing to work Tuesday’s to Saturdays
• Some marketing experience
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to delegate
• High levels of customer service
