JOB DESCRIPTION

 

A new and exciting global watersports company based in the UK specialising in high-tech, high-spec watersports equipment and first class instruction from a "cutting-edge" beach club house in 5 star locations around the world. The company is looking to open its first centre in Dubai and requires a number of different watersports staff to facilitate the operation of this exciting new business.

The Dubai Centre will be fully equipped to offer tuition in a wide range of activities including windsurfing, tow sports, power boating, dinghy and catamaran sailing, paddle boarding and zapcat experiences.  All equipment will be provided by the leading suppliers in each field, and will be maintained to the highest standards.  Alongside tuition and hire, the Centre will also run academy type training and racing for RS dinghy classes, involving adults and children from the local community.   Serving hotel guest, resort club members, and local residents, the Centre's offering will promote service, quality and functionality without compromise.  The Centre will be staffed by an elite team of highly experienced, qualified and motivated individuals.

• Provide management level business reports to Watercooled management
• Work with partners and build relationships with key associations
• Ensure vibrant and engaging marketing for all activities
• Drive Watercooled sales and take an active part in developing the business venue
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Solid and proven experience within the watersports industry
• Excellent organisational skills
• A clear understanding of best practice industry health and safety
• Excellent personnel skills

SALARY 

£25,000 - £30,000+ pa (dependant on applicant), includes vehicle package

• Bonus scheme
• 1 Return flight to UAE
