Yacht Refit Manager to join our team of 11 project managers To quote, sell, manage & invoice large yacht refits and repairs.
Including:

• Following up enquiries from customers

• Viewing boats to draw up technical specification
  
• Liaising with equipment manufacturers regarding specifications & costings
  
• Quoting customers
  
• Obtaining signed orders & deposit payments
  
• Managing labour & materials for yacht refits
  
• Scheduling work
  
• Day to day man management of skilled tradesmen & apprentices
  
• Sea trials, defect rectification & handover
  
• Invoicing & the collection of payment
  

Experience of big boat sailing an advantage
